General Information

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the type of tooth requiring treatment and the extent of treatment.  We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.

For Patients With Dental Insurance:

Your insurance benefit may cover anywhere from 0 to 100% of the fee, depending on the terms of your insurance.   As a courtesy to our patients who require treatment, our office estimates the amount that the insurance will likely cover for that procedure.  The patients estimated portion is due at the time service is rendered. Our office will submit a claim to your insurance for the remainder. 

For Patients Without Insurance:

50% of the fee is due at the time treatment is started and the remainder when treatment is completed.  If the treatment is completed in one visit then the full amount will be due.
